Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and preparation. The following Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for rescheduling, transferring, or canceling sessions and learning events. These guidelines help ensure fairness for all clients and participants, allowing us to manage time and resources effectively. Please review the details carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

FREE CONSULTATIONS

Initial consultations may be booked through our online scheduling tool or by contacting us directly. At your scheduled time, please join the session using the Zoom link provided in your confirmation email. Eugenia values each conversation and is happy to connect with both new and returning clients. We also recognize that unexpected situations can arise.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, you may use the cancellation link included in your confirmation email. You’re also welcome to text or leave a voicemail at (925) 626-0550.

COACHING APPOINTMENTS

Timeliness:
Please plan to log in to the designated Zoom meeting room promptly at your scheduled time so we can begin on time. Due to a full calendar, Eugenia is unable to extend sessions beyond the allotted time.

Payments:
All sessions must be paid in advance. If payment is not received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, the appointment will be automatically canceled.

Lateness:
Punctuality is essential. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to make sure other clients remain on schedule. In some cases, rescheduling may be necessary. Eugenia reserves this time specifically for you, and will be concerned if you don’t show. If you are running late, please contact us via text or voicemail at (925) 626-0550 or email hello@lundenintl.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations:
To avoid charges, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows without notice are non-refundable and will be charged the full session amount. 

While emergency situations are understood and may allow for some flexibility at Eugenia’s discretion, please remember that last-minute cancellations leave limited opportunity to offer the slot to another client. This policy applies to both individual session purchases and coaching packages.

Pre-Paid Packages:
Unless otherwise stated, all pre-paid packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframe. Unless prior arrangements are made, sessions must be used within 180 days (six months) of the purchase date.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates must be used within 90 days of purchase, unless other terms were agreed upon before purchase.

EDUCATIONAL EVENTS

When booking a learning event, keep the following in mind:

  • Cancellations for online learning events must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  • For paid events, refunds are not available, but registrations may be transferred to another participant upon request.
  • Customized learning events are governed by the terms specified in the individual service agreement.
