Can I share your materials with others?
Yes, free downloads posted in the Portfolio can be shared and used with attribution. Materials given during workshops or received via coaching are for the client’s or personal use and can’t be distributed without written permission from the author. Refer to our Terms of Use for detailed information.
What is your cancelation policy?
The cancelation policy varies depending on the services and programs contracted for by the client. Customized programs fall under the agreement stipulated in the signed contract(s). We do account for emergencies beyond the individual’s control, but these are rare and will be consider on a case-by-case basis.
How do I pay for your services?
Typically, payment terms are stipulated in the service agreement and are paid via electronic transfers or checks. Individual coaching sessions can be paid via a secure online bank transfer or checks. Other payment arrangements can be made if feasible. Please discuss your questions or concerns in advance.
